A Single Source, Orthotics and Prosthetics Provider for Managed Care in the Mid-Atlantic Region

POMAC is a regional group of orthotics and prosthetics providers serving New York, New Jersey, southern Connecticut, and southeastern Pennsylvania. We have multiple offices, all staffed by certified practitioners, throughout the New York metropolitan area and the tri-state area to serve your members' rehabilitation needs.

POMAC was formed in 1993 to offer Managed Care plans and other health care insurers a single, cost effective, source for orthotics, prosthetics and related services across the New York metropolitan area. As we grew, our scope expanded into other portions of New York, all of New Jersey, and southeastern Pennsylvania.

SPECIALTY REHABILITATION SERVICES

We provide a complete line of orthoses (braces for upper and lower body extremities) and prostheses (artificial limbs). These include "off-the-shelf" and custom-fabricated braces and artificial limbs.

Our members are experienced, highly skilled, practitioners who are certified for a minimum of five years by the American Board for Certification in Orthotics and Prosthetics (ABC), an independent national certification organization. They are trained in the use of the latest technologies in the fabrication and fitting of orthoses and prostheses, including carbon fibers, titanium, lightweight plastics and acrylics, and electronic circuitry.
